Our original Hot Yoga class caters to anyone looking to heal their body as well as build more strength and flexibility. The hot room provides a safe, effective environment to stretch and release toxins from the body. Beginner to advanced yogi this class is for everyone!
If you’re looking to slow down and find your center our Yin class is a gentle practice where we relax into the postures and become mindful of breath and stillness. A great practice to reduce stress and calm the mind.
