    Our original Hot Yoga class caters to anyone looking to heal their body as well as build more strength and flexibility. The hot room provides a safe, effective environment to stretch and release toxins from the body. Beginner to advanced yogi this class is for everyone! If you’re looking to slow down and find your center our Yin class is a gentle practice where we relax into the postures and become mindful of breath and stillness. A great practice to reduce stress and calm the mind.
  • Can I book a private class?
    We absolutely offer private classes for those practitioners who would like a one on one experience. Private yoga classes allow you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. These private lessons allow you to focus on your goals and needs.
